This series Hammer Mill can crush kinds of granular material , such as: corn, sorghum,maize,beans,and crushed pies and other material. It is the key equipment for crushing section in feed mills.

Performance feature

This series hammer mill is water drop structure. It is made of welded steel. the material contract part with the crush room adopt the changeable and wear proof parts.The motor and hammer mill rotor are installed in the same base . It adopts the elastic coupling straight league transmission.The rotor is dynamic balanced and can work two direction , Hammer pieces are symmetrical arrangement.This machine has simple structure, strong and durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, easy to operate, slight vibration, and high productivity.

This machine includes the main parts as following :

(1) Base:base contact and bear rotor and every parts. Base is firm and  rigidity is good,so it will reduce vibration and long service life.The crushed materials will be discharged from outlet of the below of the base.

(2) Rotor:It made up of main shaft.hammer frame plate.hinge pin .hammer pieces,bearing and other parts.Rotor is the main moving part of the hammer mill. It has high rotation speed , so it needs to be done dynamic balance test.

(3) Operation door:you need to open the operation door when you replace the sieve plate or hammer pieces.

(4) Upper body casing :there is feeding port in the upper of hammer mill. Chamber is consist of bottom and base. the material will be crushed in the chamber.

(5) Feeding guide device: it will guide the material go into the chamber from the direction of left or right according to the rotary direction of the rotor.

The above parameters are the indexes of the following conditions: the raw material is corn, the moisture is less than 13%, the bulk density is not less than 0.71t/m³, and air intake per square meter is not less than 55m³ /min.
