TLSS series Screw Conveyor

Applicable to grain, feed and other granular or powdery horizontal, tilted and vertical conveying.

1．TLSS series screw conveyer is a kind of fixture of mechanical Conveying Equipment. It is widely used in horizontal conveying and small-angle(the angle is less than 20°) incline conveying of granular or powder materials such as grain, flour, feed,etc. This machine usually is not adopted to convey in a long distance, horizontal transmission distance should be less than 20m, while the maximum transmission distance is 5m when incline conveying.

2．Screw conveyer is not suitable for occasions when materials are corrosive, viscous, easy to caking, containing too much impurities, or the temperature of work environment is less than -20℃ or more than 50℃. It is also unsuitable to convey materials which are having rough surface or easily broken such as grain and rice.      

3．Features of screw conveyer:

(1)Compact structure, less floor space, wide range of application.

(2)The bearing of suspension pin is adopted with oil bearing which is used in machine tool, it simplifies the process of lubrication.

(3)The screw is designed as full moon type, crescent moon type, left-hand rotation type, right-hand rotation type and so on, the screw pitch can adopt S=D~0.8D as requirement, the entry end and exit end of base of plummer block can be exchanged each other, with flexible technology this machine can be designed as multipoint feed or multipoint discharge as requirement. 

(4)Adopting spilt connecting sleeve,when dismounting screw shaft, all bearings are need not to remove, it is convenient to repair.
