Product Description
Oilless alloy copper bearing is applied at the middle slide bearing whose diameter is the same as the screw blade, but the width is smaller, so that materials can go through smoothly. Slide bearing can be split so that it can be easily maintained and replaced without detaching the conveyor trough and the end plate.
Dust insulation device is applied between head/tail bearing base and end plate to prevent dust from entering into bearing, which ensures normal working life of bearing.
According to customers' requirements, the conveyor can be full steel Screw Conveyor, varying pitch screw conveyor, open screw conveyor etc.
